venture capital and securities, shareholder/member
matters, technology licensing, residential and commercial
real estate and lending, zoning, planning and land
use development, estate planning and asset protection.
Focuses on transactional matters and assists clients
in conflict resolution and avoidance.
Although he is more than just an attorney, with a
background in finance and accounting, he partners
with his business clients to assist them with all
facets of their operations. In addition to the role
of CLO (chief legal officer/general counsel), he can
help owners, presidents and CEO's manage all aspects
of their operations better.
